Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

Coming for a few days to Sarlat, we are more than delighted to have been able to stay in Isabelle's home! The location is ideal, the accommodation is absolutely charming, spacious and well-equipped. A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

we stopped at Véronique's place for a night to make a stop on our long journey with our 2 children aged 12 and 2. beautiful apartment decorate with great taste and in a quiet and serene environment. we enjoyed our little stopover and keep the address for next time! Véronique is a very pleasant and responsive host. i recommend it without a problem.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, pleasant and very clean. There's nothing missing! The calm is appreciated, the bedding is very good, and the house is very well equipped. Sarlat is very close, not to mention all the other magical places to visit, a great stay, thank you!

The accommodation is impeccable, functional, it feels good. Lucia takes care of her guests. It's easy to park the car and do anything by foot. The neighborhood is not very nice but it is very close to the center. The only thing we didn't like was the noise of the garbage cans early in the morning but Lucia can't help it!! We would not hesitate to rent again if the opportunity was appropriate.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
