Our weekend was an absolute dream! The chalet is beautifully and quietly located. It feels like your own little winter paradise. The furnishings are tip-top and modern. Bettina responded super quickly to all messages at all times and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the chalet!

We stayed there for 5 days with a dog. Very nice and really clean apartment. Great restaurant with very good food and a variety of drinks selection. Very nice and always available hosts with great excursion tips. We'll be back for sure, haven't even come through the beer selection yet:)

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

Amazing place to stay. We loved everything about it, and the host was very responsive and accomodating. The way in was a little muddy but that's to be expected for such a location, so take into consideration when traveling there, take appropriate shoes.

We felt completely comfortable at Vaclav's place. At check-in, he showed us everything in detail and gave us very good tips for excursions and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and we didn't lack anything in the kitchen. We were paddling on the Otava, hiking and looking at some of the many sights in the immediate area. We particularly liked the beautiful dreamy villages in the Bohemian Forest. We had a very nice time at Vaclav, with his friendly and cosmopolitan manner, and can highly recommend his place. Beautiful clean rooms, a check every day to make sure everything was still enough in the room. We were allowed to use the shared fridge. Breakfast was great, everything amply provided and delicious fresh coffee. 900 meters from the Bikepark and via the secret trails we arrived at the property from the elevator 🤙

Was there for an overnight stay and was first picked up by car from the train station, which I found to be very pleasant and accommodating. In the morning there was a nice breakfast, it is always attentively looked at and asked if everything fits so far. I felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is about a 30-minute walk to downtown, but the bus stop for lines 5, 6 and 7 are very close. A bakery and a supermarket are also within walking distance. The apartment is located in a peaceful area.
