It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

Please come and enjoy our Guest Apartment in Florence, SC! A great stop for travelers to rest during their trips. Guests will have a private entrance to the apartment that is attached but separate from the main house, where my family and I live. Guest privacy will always be respected. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a second bedroom has a single. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven. The apartment is cleaned and sanitized after each guest leaves. Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided.
