Monthly Rentals in Lamb Island

My teens and I stayed at Black Otter Cove for a two days. It was such a special place and next time we would plan to stay longer. The outdoor space is serene and the views are stunning. The home itself is beautiful, clean and has so many unique touches. We loved the art inside and appreciated the welcome gift. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful home base to see places like Lake Cowichan, Port Renfrew, Jordan River, Victoria, and more! I’ve never felt more at home at an AirBnB than Darryl’s place. It was so wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer - luxuries that we don’t often have while travelling.

We had the most wonderful Easter long weekend at this peaceful retreat — truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of calm and comfort. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by nature in a way that instantly melts stress away. The host was kind, communicative, and respectful of privacy — the perfect balance. You can tell there's real care put into creating a space where guests can fully unwind and recharge. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to reset and reflect over the long weekend. If you're looking for stillness, simplicity, and a chance to reconnect with yourself (or loved ones), this is the place. We're already looking forward to coming back.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment for one night. Josh and Sarah are great hosts, answered quickly, had great recommendations and even gave us some eggs from their own chickens as a welcoming gift. The apartment is very spacy, has everything you need and is clean. We loved the calm area and the view on the lake. One of the best AirBnBs we visited so far!
