Modern spacious flat in stunning rural location

This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Catty‘s AirBnB single apartment is in a strategic area, to the Hauptstuhl train station takes only 8-10 mins by walking. The location is a very peaceful. It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.

OG (mit Treppenlift), ist hell, modern, gut ausgestattet und besitzt einen eigenen Eingang. Sie ist sowohl für Familien als auch für ältere Menschen gut geeignet. Aufgrund unserer idyllischen Einzellage befindet sich der nächste Supermarkt gut 5 km, das nächste Einkaufszentrum ca. 8 km entfernt.
