Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and an adjoining large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guests can relax on the large, rear-facing terrace with views of the countryside. Welcome to the holiday home Königshalle. Here you will find a lovingly furnished holiday home with space for 6 people spread over approx. 100 square meters. The living room on the 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen with cozy living/dining area and a tiled stove. With direct access to the covered terrace, you can enjoy outdoor dining in almost any weather. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest toilet on the floor.

Come, hike, feel good and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel at home in our ground floor apartment, which we have carefully renovated. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is always approachable. You can find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.
