L’alloggio di Simonetta si trova in una zona molto comoda al paese, che si raggiunge facilmente anche a piedi. L’esperienza nella sua casa è stata ottima, appartamento super fornito di tutto e super pulito. Siamo stati molto bene, se dovessimo tornare sicuramente torneremo nuovamente da Simonetta. Lo consiglio!!!

Appartamento artistico molto suggestivo in casa con ampio cortile, parcheggio in loco, immersa nella natura ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tante zone di interesse, la casa si trova proprio sul sentiero che attraversa la valle passando da boschi e stalle con animali all aperto. Adatto a bambini e famiglie. Panorami fantastici visibili già dall appartamento e host disponibile e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Le barbecue et le lave-vaisselle sont un grand bonus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Seul petit bémol : l'escalier intérieur est étroit et raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Autrement, un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Stefano’s Unterkunft! Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Stefano hatte ein paar gute Tipps für uns und war immer gut erreichbar. Er ist ein toller Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house was really clean...The host was very nice and very communicative . The first night it was cold but then after I texted the host in the morning, the owners fixed the problem with the heating system and the house was warm. We enjoyed the place, it is really nice and we will come back..thank you! Cinzia

Un luogo davvero incantevole, curato nei minimi dettagli e ideale per rilassarsi. L’ambiente è pulitissimo e trasmette subito una sensazione di pace e benessere. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e un tocco di ospitalità autentica.

Great stay, great apartment, lovely hostess! Skibus to the gondola in Pinzolo is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. From the balcony and living room of the apartment there is a beautiful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Highly recommended!

Great and beautiful house. We absolutely love it. It is beautiful renovated old house from the beginnig of 20. century. Very nicely reconstructed with lot of old details. In the house are two simple kitchens with traditional wibe and some magic in there. Kitchens are simly arrange but you find there everything you needed. House has great position according to ski area Kronplatz. You are 10 min walk from skilifts.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

Wir (11 Personen einer Familie) waren sehr angetan sowohl von der Lage des Hauses als auch von der Ausstattung.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Pool und Terrasse sind richtig schön und der Aussenbereich wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Garten gab es Schildkröten, eine Katze und Hühner- so bekamen wir täglich frische Eier zum Frühstück. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und bis ins kleinste Detail gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Luca, unser Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. 😊

Villa Romantica ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, das wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt (genug Platz für drei Familien mit fünf Kindern) und wenn das Wetter noch etwas mehr mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und See bestimmt auch noch besser ausnutzen können. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sportlich aktiv zu werden (Wassersport, Biken, Klettern, Wandern und vieles mehr). Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Giuseppe und vor allen Dingen seiner Bekannten vor Ort, Francesca, die sich um den Checkin und alles weitere gekümmert hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Vielen Dank für alles – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ein tolles Haus, für die ganze Familie ( 9 Personen mit Hund, Genug Parkplätze für bis zu 5 Autos ) Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee - bis fast nach Sirmione. Herrlich entspannend. Vom Pool super Ausblick auf Monte Baldo und den See. Großer Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Einzelnen. Poolservice kommt wöchentlich. Wir hatten genug Platz vor Allessia Grande um mit allen 9 Personen zu speisen und zu sitzen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Regelmäßig ist Feuerwerk irgendwo am Gardasee. Tolle Aussicht. Fernglas mitnehmen. Der See ist ziemlich groß :-) Wir hatten 2 Wochen und haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt. Olivenbäume und viele mediterrane Kräuter im terrasierten Garten. Man geht und plötzlich riecht es nach Basilikum und Oregano - draufgetreten ... es duftet schön. Rosmarin ausreichend verfügbar :-) Wir behalten es in guter Erinnerung und empfehlen es gerne weiter

Ci siamo ritrovati in gruppo per festeggiare l'addio al celibato di un nostro amico. Villa Iagra è stato un ottimo campo base per le nostre escursioni in una posizione comoda e tranquillissima. Il casale immerso nel verde è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Sfortunatamente non siamo riusciti a sfruttare al massimo il bbq a causa di una sera di pioggia, ma anche la cucina e molto accessoriata e ci siamo arrangiati! Lorenzo è un host simpatico, molto disponibile e disposto a dare ogni consiglio necessario! Se si ricerca una casa comoda per grandi gruppi in una zona appartata, Villa Iagra fa al caso vostro!

Utterly surreal. Hermann Gerald's Air B & B was immaculate in all areas. Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we felt right at home and we're welcomed with open arms. This stay was a true gem and my partner and I will forever think about our time spent here and definitely come back. It was paradise.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben die Tage in der Villa Larici sehr genossen. Traumhafte Lage mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Gardasee und Monte Baldo gleichzeitig auf über 700 Meter Höhe. Tolle Terrasse mit Outdoor-Sofa von Fatboy und grosse Outdoor-Küche von Napoleon, wo wir Steaks bei 800 Grad Celsius im extra Steak Grill uns grillen konnten, aber auch Wok-Gerichte oder Pfannengerichte auf der extra Koch-Station der Aussenkueche zubereiten konnten. Platz locker für 8 Personen, alles schön überdacht. Haus gefiel uns auch drinnen sehr gut, mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig traditionell renoviert. Neue Küche mit Miele-Geräten war wohl gerade frisch eingebaut worden. Die Bäder gefielen uns auch sehr gut, waren alle blitzsauber und wohl gerade komplett von Grund auf erneuert. Aus den Schlafzimmern hatten wir auch den Ausblick auf den Gardasee und den Monte Baldo schon beim Aufstehen am Morgen. Für uns eine Art Geheimtipp am Gardasee. Wir waren sicherlich 10 mal am Gardasee, dies ist unser neuer Favorit.

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Schönes Haus, schöne Lage, schöner Pool und ein guter Grill. Die Motorräder von uns hatte auch Platz in der Tiefgarage. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Der Ort war sehr klein, aber im nächsten Ort gab es alles was man benötigt.

We had a lovely stay at Beatrice’s place, The house was clean, well-equipped, and Beatrice was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist super und alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir haben sogar tolle Weine geschenkt bekommen und fühlten uns alle wohl. Was wir nicht wussten: der Pool und die Sauna müssen mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden - bei uns z.B. eine Familie mit Kindern. Es wurde dann so arrangiert, das wir individuelle Zeiten Absprachen.
