Excellent natural exposure, both on the southeast side with a wonderful sea view, and on the northwest side where the horizons give us striking views of the nearby mountain peaks: Majella, Gran Sasso

Paolino's Cottage

La Casetta di Paolino is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful city of Lanciano, famous for the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle, its characteristic "Corso Presentoso" that crosses the commercial area of the city until you reach the large park, the heart of the city, which in summer hosts great events. You can also reach the wonderful Trabocchi Coast, just a 15-minute drive away, where you can rent bikes to ride along the picturesque "Via Verde" cycle-pedestrian path.

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. On request there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our production! Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

In the heart of the historic center, between the Aragonese castle and the Basilica of San Tommaso, we find the "Stallone", a remnant of the Aragonese horses in medieval times. Entering from the gate in the hall you will be catapulted on the eastern promenade with magnificent sea view. The apartment has all the comforts.
