The Little Springs retreat was the perfect get away for me and my family. The manatees are magical and the natural surroundings were peaceful. The retreat has everything you need to have a fun and enjoyable stay including all of the little touches like herbal tea, fire pit and home theater. My teens thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We kayaked, tried stand up paddle boarding and swam. Carolyn was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We loved the dock and being able to fish everyday. We were also able to bring our boat. The house was clean & had everything that we needed. Jennifer was a great host and was in communication with me our entire stay answering any questions I had! Jennifer also allowed our 2 dogs to stay with us and we are so appreciative of that! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

One word, PERFECT Everything was 10/10 from his communication, to the location of the home, all the amenities, seasonings in the cabinet. I have no complaints. Everything was great, we can’t wait to stay again

Joey was outstanding when it came to any questions we had for the house, very responsive. House is exactly as described and the views are outstanding. Joey even had some extras for our arrival.

A wonderful place (our second stay here), with a great lake view. We saw many water fowl and birds, including a sandhill crane family that came right into the backyard to feed. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. Our little miniature poodle loved running through the house. Highly recommended.

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Laura was an awesome host and always available. Her home was gorgeous and we felt like we had gone home! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be staying there anytime we are visiting again!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

This was one of the best quick little get aways for my family and me 3 nights wasn’t enough the kayaks and canoes were the best with the open river back yard access. The fire pit was great for s’mores! We had so much fun going left all the way down the river to the tunnel and then going right all the way down to a dead end and then there may have been further area, We just turned around this looking at the bottom as the water was so clear this place was perfect! It is so beautiful having morning coffee on the front porch with the birds and watching all the fish go was such a great experience 10/10 recommend will definitely be coming back in the future for sure!!! This place was very clean, well kept and so cute! Everything that you need was there. I loved having a private area for my to sip my morning coffee and my pups to lay in the sun. There is a Publix right down the street making it easy to grab whatever you need. Very cute and cozy spot!

The house was clean. The view was beautiful. We saw manatees. dolphins, crabs, tons of fish and various flying wildlife from the backyard! While taking out the host provided kayaks we also saw several stingrays. The popcorn maker was a fantastic little addition. I will definitely be back!

I've stayed at many Airbnb's and this is the only one that was FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need. Toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen, laundry and bath supplies. Very nice to not have to go out and buy these bulk items only to use a fraction and then have to leave the rest behind. The house is beautiful and spacious but the real treat is the screened in pool (that is truly heated!) and beautiful lake view. Michael and Tiffani were very responsive to questions and frequently checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. It was a pleasure to stay at this home!

Beautiful Tarpon Lake Escapes perfectly fitted our needs for a family Christmas break in the sun away from the grey skies of the UK! Julie's communication extremely friendly, helpful and timely throughout. The place itself is very well equipped -kitchen-everything you need to self cater; bathrooms - all types of toiletry provided; entertainment from board games to table tennis and kayaks, if you're brave enough to venture onto the water! Lovely big decking area to watch the world go by. Our relatives live in Tampa so this was an ideal spot for getting to them as well as trips out to Clearwater, Busch etc. & handy for airport. Nearest area was Tarpon Springs which had an abundance of restaurants - we recommend Hellas (Greek)and Rusty Bellies by the water. We also took a lovely sunset dolphin cruise, direct from Tarpon Springs. These ideas recommended by Julie in her extremely informative online guidebook. All together a fantastic Christmas break. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Scott's home for about 18 days in February 2025. It was a beautiful well kept home. The king sized bed had a wonderful foam mattress and was extremely comfortable. Our guests who visited also expressed that the other beds in the other 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. The walk-in shower in the master bath was very nice with plenty of towels. Laundry facilities were in the garage and worked well. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially liked the Keurig coffee maker that allowed individual cups or a full pot of coffee. The very large smart TVs (3 of them) were great with Roku. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the air hockey game. The beautiful pool is not heated and was a little to cold in late February to enjoy. The lake behind the house was full of ducks, geese and other birds. (bring binoculars!) There were a lot of (smaller) fish jumping all day. The older neighborhood was very quiet with a friendly next-door neighbor. A great place to stay!

Warm cozy home that felt like home. Located conveniently close to the airport and other major attractions. John home was clean, warm and felt like home. The pool was amazing- perfect temperature and clean. Will definitely visit again.

This house was super clean and well stocked for guests. The layout was perfect for our family and the amenities were perfect. They thought of everything including lots of towels, paper products and other necessities. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again.

this house is everything the photos show. the property is beautiful. plenty of yard activities & the home was full of games. it's clean & very luxurious. I would highly recommend staying here.
