Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Dear guests, From this centrally located accommodation you can walk to the Gernlinden train station in 15 minutes. By S-Bahn in 26 minutes at the main station and the A8 highway is 5.4 km away. There is a Lidl, a pizzeria with a beer garden and even a small swimming lake as well as a leisure facility with a football pitch in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful excursions such as Lake Ammersee or Wörthsee with many leisure activities can be found about 20 minutes away by car. To Lake Starnberg about 35 min.

Detached apartment with approx. 34 sqm in a detached house, in which the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, as there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and door handles are regularly disinfected.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie und vermieten im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Koch-, Ess-, und Schlafbereich. Vom Schlafbereich aus geht es in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Bett kann man ausziehen, sodass man zu zweit darin schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch können wir ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung stellen. Der Fernseher ist mit Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet und alle Gäste bekommen einen Gastzugang ins W-LAN.

Rural location in the 5-lake region close to the district town of Fürstenfeldbruck. Quiet place with a good Bavarian restaurant within walking distance. Train connection 4 km away in the neighboring town and then in 15 minutes in Munich. The apartment is quiet with a small outdoor area. It has a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and one bedroom (1.40 m bed). Bathroom with shower. Windows in every room. A dishwasher and microwave are available. Towels and linens are included.

Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary)

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Charming apartment near Ammersee with garden

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.
