Lakefront cottage of 40 sqm with windows facing the sea and the jetty. Veranda with outdoor furniture. Underfloor heating throughout the house and also a wood-burning stove in the living room. Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included. 45 min drive from Stockholm.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Welcome to stay in our gem Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors on the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large window doors that bleach out inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen for a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places.
