Accommodation in an old farmhouse, located in a charming village typical of the Iroise Marine Park. Village bordered by several beaches and many hiking trails. Hamlet in the countryside, only 3 km from the sea and the GR 34. The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

Nice house 300 m from the sea

Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Our home is located in Kersaint-Landunvez in Finistere. An old mill with exceptional sea views. Feet in the water, ideal for a great vacation, a weekend for families or groups of friends. South-facing terrace sheltered from the wind. Close to the Portsall sailing club, GR34 at the end of the garden, shops within walking distance (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery...) Very good quality recent renovation for this pretty house composed of a fitted kitchen, a large double living room, two bedrooms (sea view for one of them), a mezzanine, a bathroom and toilet. All on a 500 m² lot. Wi-Fi, TV, garden furniture and BBQ available. Electricity charges are based on actual usage.
