The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The property is located at the town exit, directly on the Nibelungensteig. Lindenfels is a small, idyllic town where you can walk to everything. There is a supermarket, a bakery, a local history and kite museum, many beautiful hiking and biking trails, as well as our unique castle ruins with various events. You will find German, Indian and Italian cuisine. All offer pick-up service Popular excursion destinations are Erbach, Michelstadt and Heidelberg, as well as the Geo National Park.

Our accommodation is located opposite the castle in Friedberg (Hesse). You can expect a private bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The record player invites you to listen to music and relax. Very central location, everything is within walking distance, whether bus stop, train station (15 min), shopping street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets are also within easy reach. Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

The living and dining rooms are very spacious. A floor-to-ceiling window front gives access to a beautiful sun terrace. In the large living room, 2 more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Spa park and dirt roads for walking or jogging are very close.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Stay in a villa at the palace park

In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.

Waldheim Lindenfels

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
