In the immediate vicinity (10km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer the cottage is a popular destination, also in winter it impresses with its coziness, to which the oven in the living area contributes.

The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.
