This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. Anderson Farmhouse, a Langley original, built by Great Grandpa Anderson in 1907. A complete restoration, back to its original charm & character. This historic home sits on 20+ acres of fields, gardens, & surrounded by forest. The farm also provides land for Langley Community Gardens, chickens, cows, & a field of blooming dahlia's & farm flowers through summer. Step back in time & enjoy this peaceful mini farm experience. The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Waterfront Cottage Fox Spit Farm

Escape to our farm just outside of Langley on beautiful Whidbey Island. Our family has lived here since the late 1800's, and we just completed a wonderful new guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Sit out on your tiny deck with a view or relax inside and enjoy sunset views thru the trees. We have seals in the 5 mile long harbor, and a very occasional visit from a whale. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.
