Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this haven of peace. The historic centre is within a 12-minute walk. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find what they are looking for! My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
