Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Old Town Living Studio

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. This is country house retreat is just 2 hrs drive from Vienna and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and wilderness with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.
