Single garage (on request for an extra charge) or free public parking is available right by the house.

Beautiful self-contained apartment in a quiet yet central location. Completely renovated. The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg. The city centre and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot) can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Thanks to its ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a centrally located, comfortable place. The bathroom is small but very practically furnished. A kitchenette, refrigerator, French press and toaster are provided.

Our apartment at Langwasserbad is suitable for two guests. There is a large, comfortable box-spring double bed, a reading chair and a small desk. It has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Unfortunately, there is no cooking facility, but there is a fridge in the hallway. Trade fair approx. 15 minutes; city centre 25 minutes by public transport. Supermarkets: Aldi about 300 meters Edeka approx. 700 metres Franconian Center Shopping & Restaurants approx. 1 km. About 15 minutes on foot. Bus about 5 minutes

Welcome to our bright and stylishly furnished studio in the south of Nuremberg! The 115-square-metre accommodation is centrally located and ideal for business travellers, trade fair visitors, family holidays or weekend trips. The Nuremberg Trade Fair is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away, and the nearest subway station is about 5 minutes away. This means you can quickly reach the city centre, the main train station or the airport. The highway connection is also very good and only a few minutes away.

The vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms (one of which is to be used as a passage room). We have included a floor plan of the apartment in the photos so that you can see exactly whether our apartment is right for you! A balcony is located in one of the bedrooms. The large bathroom has a shower, tub and washing machine. The toilet is separate. In addition, the apartment offers a large kitchen/living room with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing.
