Monthly Rentals in Lanikai

We loved staying at Kiril's place. We were able to walk to everything and loved doing our morning walks on the beach. The Beach Shack had everything we needed for our month long stay. Any questions we had either Kiril or Nev were quick to respond.

Lori's place was perfect for my two month stay for work. Kailua is a great spot and her place had everything I needed to feel at home! This is a great spot for anyone looking to stay in Kailua and not planning on inside much!

Staying at Karibu Cottage was a highlight of our trip to Hawaii. The living space was comfortable, modern and very well- equipped. We were welcomed with a nicely stocked refrigerator. The unit had delightful cross breezes with loads of natural light, and the bed was excellent. It had a great lanai, a fully private entrance and yard with a gas grill, complete beach equipment, and a designated parking spot. John was very helpful and quickly responsive to a few questions we had at arrival and about media access. The location enabled us to get up for sunrise over the Mōkūlua most mornings after a very short walk. Kailua town and its farmer’s market, grocery stores and great restaurants ( Buzz’s, Paia Fish House) are a short drive away. While we only had the pleasure of meeting them once during our stay, it is clear that Melinda and John put a lot of thought and care into the space and we are very appreciative. We would love to make a return visit! Sunrises here are gorgeous!

Great quiet area of Kailua, close to Lanikai Beach. Great views from Studio to eat breakfast in the mornings. Diane and Dan were very responsive from check-in to check-out. We are giving our overall stay a 4 out of 5 stars for not providing coffee for the drip coffee maker and the two burner stove not working properly. However, they do have a single hot plate we used. Overall good value for a vacation budget.
