This spacious holiday apartment on the second floor of our detached house, with southwest- and north-facing balconies, offers you a stunning view of the mountain panorama. Enjoy the rural idyll in the village and the proximity to Innsbruck, 15 minutes by car/bus. The bus stop is 3 minutes away; buses run every 15 minutes. Right from our front door, you can head out into the Tyrolean mountains for hiking, skiing, walking, or cycling on the Vitalradweg cycle path. Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a mini supermarket, a butcher’s shop, and a bank.

It’s situated at the south low mountain range and you can get there by car or by public transport within 10 minutes from downtown Innsbruck. It’s a perfect place for all who are looking for rest and privacy still being close to downtown. The apartment offers three rooms for up to five people at a size of 75 square meters.
