Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ideal for solo or duo, our accommodation being independent of our home and offering: double bed, kitchenette, dining/living area, bathroom, toilet, all private. Ideally located: mountain, sea only 1 hour away, Spain 1.5 hours away. Many possible activities: visit to the Cathar castles, hiking, Red train, swimming, hiking, cycling... The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin.
