Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment. I stayed here with my two teenagers. Caternia was very accommodating for our arrival and departure. The apartment is spotless and the palazzo is beautiful. Truly an oasis of calm within easy walking distance to major landmarks. I highly recommend it.

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

Awesome stay at Nico's! The location: walk 15 minutes to the Duomo. Even better, a short walk from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and our preferred market Sant Ambrogio (more local, amazing produce, and some delicious bites). The apartment: has everything you need, very clean, quiet at night. The host: Nico was fantastic! Clear on instructions, highly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. Really appreciated his offer to take us on a walking tour (great perk!), time-willing we would have definitely taken him up on the offer. Grazie mille for the hospitality, Nico!

It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. We hope to return someday.

the place was amazing with everything walking distance, there is an elevator to the apartment then few steps, very calm clean and neat building, the host Alessandro was very responsive and gave me alot of recommendations for my stay, he even allowed me for an early check-in with no extra charge, gave me extra towels, a big bottle of water and biscuits as a welcoming gift. will be recommending his place to others for sure

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

accommodation ideally located to visit Florence thanks to the metro 3min walk we arrive in the city center in 20min. clean and well-equipped accommodation with attention to detail as basic necessities perfect communication with hosts parking space is a big plus

Fabio's apartment is great. It has two very nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom(with very nice LEDs). The room is superb with a beautiful decoration and the small balconies very pleasant. There is a very convenient garage to park your vehicle. The accommodation is located close to major roads to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Pisa... and is just a stone's throw from the seaside. In short, this rental is perfect and communication with Fabio is easy and efficient. He was very kind to welcome us and flexible. We will keep a very good memory of it. You can rent without a second thought.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that may come back useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta is always available, precise in communications and super kind in making us find, upon our arrival, welcome thoughts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones . surely in the future if we decide to return to the parts of Viareggio, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and hosts!!!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!
