Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the middle of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is within walking distance immediately. The unit is cleaned and disinfected between each rental. Do you have any bikes ? A cellar is available to store them. At your request, we can make available a cot. You come by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away. Shops are 300 m away. A coastal path leads to the other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Equipped kitchen (Fur-MO-LV-Stove-Fridge), washer-dryer-TV box.
