Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

It can accommodate up to 3 people: 25 m² living room overlooking a small balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double sink, separate toilet one bedroom with 140 x 200 bed + dressing room 3rd bed: sofa bed in the living room parking space is available in front of the house.

T2 Larmor center apartment 100m from the beach

Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the middle of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is within walking distance immediately. The unit is cleaned and disinfected between each rental. Do you have any bikes ? A cellar is available to store them. At your request, we can make available a cot. You come by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

On the ground floor on garden, in the quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful T2 totally renovated open on a large terrace sea view. Private garage closed in the basement. But forget the car! The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away. Shops are 300 m away. A coastal path leads to the other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Equipped kitchen (Fur-MO-LV-Stove-Fridge), washer-dryer-TV box.
