This apartment is located in Santo Domingo, the most exclusive place in Managua. It is a small new house in an enclosed property with the main house (owners) and another new apartment. This apartment is a one large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a terrace, a garden and a shared big swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, also 4K TV, Air Conditioner, ceiling fan, private parking. There are plenty of restaurants under 5 minutes' drive.

Own pets are not allowed. 1.5 km away is the town of Masatepe, where there is a supermarket and a daily market for fruits and vegetables.
