Monthly Rentals in Las Croabas

Karen is AMAZING! The house and studio was fabulous and well worth the visit. I can’t tell you how much she helps with accommodations, suggestions for activities and being there for you. As I said she’s amazing and so is her rentals! She made are trip! Gracious Karen 😊

This place is perfect! Walking distance to beautiful beaches. (And the walk is on sweet roads with dogs and chickens everywhere.) Friendly neighbors, and good local restaurants nearby for a small part of town like Las Croabas. And the AC in the bedroom was a god send! We had a medical emergency during our trip and John was incredibly responsive and helpful, doing everything he could to assist. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

We had a wonderful stay and Richard and Dee’s condo. The view!!! The location!!! We loved walking into town and to the beach. The location is convenient to so many adventures in the area. A car is a must though. The recommendations from Richard and Dee on restaurants were spot on. We ate delicious barbecue to the background chirping of hundreds of coquí and ate breakfast at a lovely ocean view cafe we would have never found. Our family had so much fun snorkeling, exploring the rainforest and relaxing on the beach. I loved heading out for the day knowing that a parking spot in the underground garage would be waiting for us on return and that a comfortable air conditioned space would be waiting after a day of fun. The building security guards were very helpful and gave me peace of mind when coming in and out if the condo Richard and Dee’s clear instructions for check in/out and book of detailed information made the stay incredibly easy. We can’t wait to visit Fajardo again soon!

Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived, Gladys made us feel completely at home. The place was spotless, and she went above and beyond by providing beach towels and water bottles — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Street parking was easy to find, and the rooftop terrace offered a peaceful escape with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, my friend and I got food poisoning during our stay, but Gladys checked in on us several times, brought us extra water, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Despite being sick, we were incredibly comfortable and felt well taken care of. We’re very satisfied with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Fajardo — 100%!
