Budget room-size STUDIO for 2 guests (169 sq ft) in central location but for budget price - price of a shared room or a bed in a hostel in Ocean park, simple spot to rest your head. Steps away to everything. GENERATOR, WATER TANK, FULL size bed, mini kitchen, wifi, Netflix, AC, beach chairs(no handles), towels & cooler, NO beach umbrella, bars & restaurants are literally by the corner, 5 minutes walk to Ocean park beach literally. No hot water in the SINKS, NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS, not a hotel

Very quiet confortable place, easy to get to and from locations with access to highways in either direction. This beautiful place is the perfect spot for your trip. It has a spacious room to work. It is also 5 min from Choliseo, 12 min from the airport 10 min from Plaza Las Américas and 15 min from The Old San Juan & Escambron beach. * Feel completely confident because our house is equipped with essential equipment such as a cistern and a power generator in case of a massive blackout.*

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Laundry with coin operated washing and drying machine. Casablanca is registered at the PR Tourism Company and follows the Health and Safety measures enacted in May 2020.
