The little house is located in the center of National Park of Pollino, the biggest park of Italy. It's a typical house for who research spiritual accommodation in the heart of mountain and close to the sea.
“Delightful apartment for up to 3 people. It is a beautiful place in a small mountain hamlet. In 40 minutes you can reach places where the paths start and in 2/3 hours they bring you a paradise at 2000mt on the border between Basilicata and Calabria. Then in the village we ate in the restaurant one day and then in the evening afterwards at the pizzeria on site and reachable on foot. Excellent both ... Francesco and Alice made us find a cake made from them very good and some fresh fruit that I think comes from their plants. In addition, Francesco can advise you on mountain trails. Finally I can say that the house in its simplicity has everything it needs.”

“Spacious apartment with incredible views from the living room and kitchen area. It was fantastic - could not be better. We only stayed 2 nights and Francesco helped us make the most of our stay by giving us maps of the park and highlighting the best places to go. The town is a great base for exploring the park - monte Pollino, river tubing, Madonna dell Pollino (top of a mountain)... definitely recommend.”
The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
“Our hosts Francesco and Alice were very welcoming. They were extremely responsive through communication and supportive when we needed help. We had our own private space: a bedroom with shower, living room, tiny and neat kitchen and a toilet. The little village is also very charming with beautiful views and friendly people. We made some great hikes in the Pollino area with use of the walking maps and Google locations provided by our hosts. The fresh baked cake and fruits were also delicious. It was inspiring to see the little community ‘Tana’ that our pro-active hosts have built and we had some great conversations. Overall our stay in this glocal AirBnB was a great pleasure!”
