At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Open dining and living area with spacious kitchen (equipped) and balcony. Bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Separate guest toilet! Shower room in the basement, loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

Bright apartment in a very good location

The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat, the cackling of 3 chickens and the splashing in the pool, then you are in the right place with us. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly and interesting encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A special experience is the overnight stay in the charming sleeping barrel. Ideal for short breaks, cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists or simply anyone looking for a special experience. The barrel is equipped with a cozy 2 x 2 m bed. An extendable table and two cozy benches offer the opportunity to enjoy a nightcap, snack or glass of wine. Lovingly furnished - perfect for a short stay. The beds are made for you. Towels are to be brought along.

Enjoy our stylish basement loft, just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn. (20 min to Stuttgart) The loft impresses with its spacious atmosphere and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
