From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. The best place for couples, friends or families with children (1-2 children). Ranta Villa is located on the beach near the main house, yet in its own peace.

In summer, you can see green meadows and the branches of the yard's birch tree through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi lake shimmers on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the shelter of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our location by car in a few minutes. We are 3.5 km from the centre of Jyväskylä.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. The nearest ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the resort is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 m away, so you can easily go for a morning swim. There is plenty to do all year round!
