Lounge on a comfy blue couch and leaf through a style magazine. This cozy, renovated studio has loads of style of its own, with minimalist furnishings and colorful artwork. Sit on a quiet patio with a cup of Keurig coffee before heading to the beach. The space is a cozy studio equipped with air conditioning, a full bathroom, and kitchenette including a full size fridge, microwave, and portable cooktop. The sleeping area holds a queen bed that sleeps two, and a full-size futon.

This very quiet guesthouse is a bright room and very private. It's detached from my main home and located in the backyard, with complete privacy. There are two queen beds; one is a standard bed with double mattress and the other is a pull out couch with a mattress topper for added comfort. There's cable TV, AppleTV and WIFI. A side entrance allows you to come and go as you please. It's 2.5 miles from the beach; a 10 min. drive.
