Beautiful and private guest house by the water. Well separated from the main house, this guest house is located with Genevadsån river running along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the middle of the Bjäre Peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

It is only a short walk from the main train and bus station in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. A small house located in peaceful little Laxvik only 150 meters from the sea and beach, with good bus connections to the summer town of Halmstad. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, 55 liter water heater. Sofa bed and sleeping alcove with a bunk bed that is 80 cm on the upper bed and 120 cm on the bottom floor. It is included bedlinen and towels. New patio 2025 with table and chairs.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Welcome to our cozy guest house in a classic Swedish rural idyll. Here you live simply but comfortably in an old brewery with its own entrance, kitchen and bedroom. The house has been carefully renovated with clay, linseed oil and recycled materials for a natural and healthy feeling. In the yard, there are sheep, cats and small crops, and just a short walk away, both forest and quiet lake await.
