Great place and location! Lots of amenities and plenty to do in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again.

We absolutely loved staying on Ron's houseboat! It was spotless, and it had everything we needed for our week long stay. The rooftop deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening drinks! We saw dolphins, manatees, tarpon, and eagle rays right from the boat. Great location close to Sombrero Beach, and right across the street from the golf course. Dockside restaurant/bar is also located right at Sombrero Marina, which is a great option for food, drinks, and live music. Ron is an amazing host! He always responded immediately if we had any questions, and wanted to be sure that we had everything we needed.

Three things come to mind for this property: Clean, Great Location, Outstanding Amenities. Walter and Karen by far exceeded our expectation not only with the property which is great (bikes, pool, dock, ice machine, fish cleaning station, hoses, fire pit) but, are wonder people with lots of knowledge. The location is outstanding for a boater, beachgoer, vacationer wanting a quite place to relax upstairs on the Lanai or take a dip in the pool. Our favorite, was the beach access which we took the bikes to to watch the evening sunset and relax on the hammock while the kids played in the crystal clear water. Being in Islamorada, we enjoyed the local restaurants that are minutes from the property. Pro Tip: There is a fish and lobster market right before your turn into Gulfview Dr. Look for the lobster pots and inside they have fresh fish, lobster and crabs that are freshly caught daily! Loved the Condo. Very nice new restaurant just a couple of blocks down the street. A very good restaurant next door. Yolanda was great about recommendations and helpful when we needed help. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer as we were there for a week. Thanks, Yolanda!
