The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

The apartment is in the historic center of Montemerano medieval village of the Tuscan Maremma. The house consists of a large kitchen - living room with sofa bed, large double bedroom, bathroom, laundry, terrace, Wi-Fi internet. From this year for the guests of the apartment, included in the cost of the reservation, there is the possibility of accessing the garden of the La Polveriera farm with exclusive view of the thermal stream of Saturnia Il Gorello.

B&B Il Vecchio Ulivo - Frantoio room

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.
