Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lazio

impeccable stay in a very central responsive host, accommodation corresponding to descriptions and photos. This is the second time he has stayed in this structure that remains my favorite in Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day in the house and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went in Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the majella park and there are already many trails. Also the location is not bad because it is halfway between the eagle area and the Pescara area. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant is 10 minutes away. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Superlative host, house of yesteryear to leave you breathless, wonderful landscape, views and places to visit. I highly recommend a stop at the Zarthman restaurant, I've never eaten so well, food prepared with love and only with the use of first choice organic local raw materials and biodynamic wines. A cut above all gourmet cheeses, the lamb skewers with local sheep meat and the very tender sheep of the brigands. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

At the entrance to Piazza de Popolo, this apartment welcomes you to Rome the same way that Keats, Gerte, Hans Christian Andersen and others entered Rome, with all its magnificence and history. In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place to stay. Super chilled, comfortable, clean and just good.

We were hosted for a couple's trip with our dog. Mrs. Ivana is very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tidy and clean. Extreme proximity to all downtown amenities.

Great location, central but quiet, at least in October, small but very well equipped apartment. Ideal for a couple. We had a very pleasant three days.

This place was beautiful. I wish we had longer to stay. Surrounded by great restaurants and plenty of things to do. With the active nightlife in the area it was a little noisy but host provides ear plugs that work very well had a great night sleep without any disturbances.

We had a lovely stay at Marco's. The apartment is in a very good location and comfortable. Great communication with Marco who also kindly arranged the transfer from the airport. Grazie mille!

Extremely kind and responsive host despite the fact that we had problems with our arrival. Our little girl wasn't feeling well. We hope to return to Cappadocia very soon.

Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

Danilo is always available and takes care of it immediately. Our teenagers were very happy to have one room to themselves. And the highlight is of course the turtles and the great garden. The villa is a little older, but decorated with a lot of love, especially the gallery is exceptional.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. We were so well looked after. The host (Laura) even drove me to the local supermarket to get groceries, as we arrived late and had our child with us. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. The place is incredible! Large, traditionally decorated interior and impressive outside space. A lovely little welcome pack is available in the kitchen with some breakfast items and the whole place was outstandingly clean. You won’t be disappointed with this accommodation. Thank you so very much Laura!!! You went above and beyond for us and that was before you posted a scarf back to us in the UK that we left in Rome. Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.
