Really pleasant stay! The location was ideal, the house was cozy and very clean, and Alessandro was always available. Highly recommended!

Massimo's house is as pictured, simple, clean and with lots of comfort. We have a Pandina and we had no problem getting to the house. It has a perfect garden where you can relax with our dogs and an incredibly beautiful walk right near the house that in August offers blackberries and figs in quantity. Very kind and always available. We had a great barbecue and despite the heat this week we were able to eat outside under the gazebo. The most famous trails in the Majella are a short distance from here. Carmanico Terme 7 minutes by car offers anything from the supermarket, restaurants and also a great ice cream shop in front of the church that I highly recommend. A nice vacation full of relaxation and walks. Thank you

Fonteavignone is a delightful village, we arrived with snow and the atmosphere was magical. Amenities and ski slopes just minutes away. The accommodation, very clean, was equipped with everything, beyond expectations. Alessia proved to be a precise and helpful host. We will definitely be back.

The indoor parking space guarantees a lot of safety x the car especially in the winter months! A fairly clean and well-equipped accommodation!Nice experience to repeat!

Simone is an impeccable host, available from the beginning to the end of the vacation for any questions or concerns. The house has all the comforts, we found it clean and cozy, not to mention the view of the mountains. A strategic location for the main ski resorts, you can reach the village with a pleasant walk. I recommend to everyone a few days of relaxation in this house, we are already looking forward to coming back.

Alessandra and Benedetto are kind and available both before and during. They immediately welcomed our requests. The house is a favor and functional, with attention to detail. Quite small but it also has a fireplace. We found every comfort including bedding, bath linen, kitchen. The garden overlooks the beech forest is very nice. Despite the fact that the residence was quite crowded at this time, there was no lack of quiet and silence. Everything was perfect.

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Maggie's welcome is excellent. she is available and full of kindness. as far as the apartment is, it is clean and secure. not far from the Vatican on foot. good shops right next door. We stayed for a week and found producers and butcher at the halls just down the street, great.... . I warn those who will take the bus (which leads us directly to the city center) to pay attention to the pickpockets (they get stuck in the bus crowd) and literally strip you; that's what happened to us and it spoiled the stay a little and we attended the same scene the day after our misadventure ... so be careful and have a good stay and thank you to Maggie for everything. if I had to come back to Rome I would take the same apartment back.

we could book and check in very spontaneously. Antonio responded very quickly. We are on the road with the bikes and our dog. Due to the cold, we are in the accommodation, which is located directly on the Appennino bike path. The supermarket is also easily accessible by bike 4 km away and in the village there is a minimarket with fresh bread. The bar is also very cozy and creates a nice atmosphere. We felt comfortable and warmed up well:-) Mama Angela, was also available at all times if you need anything.

Very kind host and available to provide all the information both to check in and to visit Ovindoli and surroundings...apartment, easily identified, although small is definitely functional for a short stay... see you next time

A pleasant stay in the center of the village of Rocca di Medio, a stone's throw from all amenities and 10’ from the happy field facilities. The place has been recently renovated and has been delivered in perfect order and absolutely clean. Owner Ygor is very kind and helpful , flexible with check-in and check-out times.
