Detached house in the middle of a small village between Berry and Sologne. Very peaceful place with terrace, free parking nearby and a grocery store a short walk away. Located 15 km from Aubigny-sur-Nère and 20 km from Sancerre, it is the ideal place to have a good time in the heart of the Centre region.

Maison les Valots: detached house in an English cottage style. It consists on the ground floor of an entrance serving the shower room and toilet, then a kitchen and a living room with its stove. Upstairs, the bedroom and two single beds on the landing. The house is located in an old farmhouse with a large garden of 3 hectares and a private saltwater pool on the property to share with a second cottage. Walks and hikes on the Sauldre Canal.
