Very clean apartment and as described. A bike rental company within walking distance. La Flotte is a very attractive village: a pretty port, beautiful walks or bike rides, a restaurant market.

we had a very nice stay at Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin,which overlooks the street of commerce and shops, the port a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle into the accommodation and give us information and some directions to better enjoy our stay. Despite a late arrival, Cindy took the time to show us the accommodation and we thank her for this attention, the accommodation is very nice, on sunny days it must be a pleasure to go there, for us it was a short stay so we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings, I recommend it for those who love tranquility and fresh air.

We had a wonderful time with the family in Elsa's house and especially enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean, as in the photos. Only the bathrooms/showers now showed signs of wear. The washing machine and dryer were very practical. Elsa was very friendly and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the place for a relaxing beach vacation on Ile d'Oleron!

We discovered Ile de Ré for the first time, this stay was ideal, the Flotte and its surroundings make it very easy to reach everything by car. We were lucky enough to have the perfect weather. Successful stay, we will be back!!

We had a great time! The rental perfectly matched the photos: everything was as expected. We had a real crush on the view, beautiful and relaxing. The accommodation is in a great location, only 10 minutes by bike from the port of La Flotte. we will come back to it.

Francois' place was great, beautifully designed with a great indoor/outdoor flow between the spaces. The place was well equipped with lots of amenities and equipment to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We has one small issue but this was remedies very satisfactorily by Francois and so our trip was excellent and we would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to explore the Ile de Re. The location was great and our experience was that La Flotte was the perfect base on the Island, with a beautiful market every day and lovely shops, bars and restaurants.
