We had an unforgettable stay with Greg who is a very friendly host, a very nice energy. They gave us good recommendations like the local butcher with the best smoked red sausage butcher, a delight! The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. There were 3 of us and we were comfortable. We were in the heights of the island and I loved it because it was relaxing and close to the beautiful level of the Maïdo sun:-) I thank Greg for your hospitality and kindness. Happy holidays to you and your family. And who knows on another occasion in Reunion. I want to come back with my husband and son 🤗 and show them the beauty of the island and the sympathy of Reunion Islanders. I recommend the experience at Greg's place 200% ⭐

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful outbuilding that made us feel like we were on vacation as soon as we arrived. The tropical decoration is simply sublime and thoughtfully thought out, which creates a soothing and exotic atmosphere. The beautiful garden, with its lush and varied plants, is a haven of peace. We loved enjoying the small terrace, ideal for sharing an evening aperitif in a warm and intimate atmosphere. The pool, a real gem, is perfectly maintained and surrounded by greenery, offering an idyllic setting to relax. The outdoor shower, on the other hand, was a real favorite, adding a touch of exoticism and pleasure to our stay. Anne and Philippe are remarkably welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Their kindness and availability made our stay even more enjoyable. In conclusion, this little corner of heaven is a rare find that we recommend without hesitation!☀

The accommodation is on the ground floor ( well appointed with the typical plants of the island) and is independent in the owners' large house. The terrace with table is covered ( work being finished) . The place is quiet, with sea views in the distance and by car, located on the Route du Maïdo, spectacular viewpoint of the Mafate Circus and start of hikes. The bedding is of good quality and the listing's amenities are as described. The road from Saint-Paul city is sometimes very winding, like many places in Reunion. Access to the accommodation is steep (for unaccustomed drivers) to park their car right in front of the accommodation; otherwise, place always available not far away in the alley. Host is responsive and very friendly.

I was won over by the listing. Being a 22 year old girl, with her boyfriend, we were only able to rest and be disconnected. It was a real pleasure to be there up there. Even for young people, it's great to be able to disconnect from the space of a weekend. This is especially the fact that there were no networks, which charmed me the most. And we did well to go because it added an additional charm to our stay. The only downside: is the very icy water. Being a big fan of my hot baths, I was quickly frozen when I got in the shower! 🥶 So for those looking for fresh and disconnected: this place is ideal!
