The cottage is composed of a living room with a lot of character, a mezzanine living room, fully equipped kitchen, a very large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The house is naturally cool in summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Private closed garage. There is a restaurant in the village. 2 km from the nautical base, in the heart of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph vineyards, cellars to visit, 20 minutes from the Peaugres Safari, Pilat Park, many hikes from the house.

Centre Salaise Sur Sanne, in a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 km from the A7 Chanas interchange (exit 12), 10 km from the Peaugres safari, 8.7 km from the St Alban power station, close to all shops: Green 7, shopping area around Carrefour. Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. MERCI DE BIEN LIRE L’ANNONCE SVP Situé à 6 minutes à pied de la gare le péage de Roussillon donc à 35 minutes de Lyon Part Dieu ou Jean Macé. Grand jardin sécurisé, entièrement fermé et sans vis-à-vis. Les 1er photos sont du logement proposé et les dernières c’est une chambre au sous sol qui n’a pas de salle d’eau, seulement un espace pour dormir. Les 2 chambres sont comptées dans le prix. Je peux éventuellement proposer un repas le soir. Piscine disponible du 15 mai au 15 septembre.
