These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!

It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private parking lot, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in the event of a problem or organized gathering.
