A disposition café, thé, pour le petit déjeuné et pour le repas les condiments. La situation géographique permet de circuler à pied dans le centre ville (boutiques, restaurants, ciné..) proche du parc Rambot, des restaurants, la mairie. Mon logement convient aux couples, aux voyageurs d'affaires et les familles

Très beau duplex situé au calme, centre historique, vue dégagée !! Chambre fermée avec bureau, un lit simple d'appoint en plus (pour enfant seulement) une salle d'eau avec WC, A l'étage, cuisine équipée Belle terrasse avec vue ! Clim ! Very nice duplex located in a quiet area, historic city center ! Large closed bedroom with office space, an extra single bed (for kids only), a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a living room with fully furnished kitchen Beautiful terrace with great view ! AC !

Notre appartement, lumineux et totalement équipé se trouve en bordure du centre historique. Rare: un garage est à votre disposition. Climatisation depuis 2023. Proche de toutes les commodités à pieds (boulangerie...). La chambre donne sur une cour intérieure au calme. Les rues piétonnes vous attendent, le cours Mirabeau, la Rotonde, sont à 500 mètres . La gare SNCF à 600 mètres, la gare routière à 1km et le paisible parc Jourdan est à deux pas. Proche des musées Granet, Hotel de Caumont.
