Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Elle offre une belle vue sur l’église du village et dispose d’un grand jardin très calme, agréable sans vis-à-vis, entièrement clos avec tables de jardin pour prendre les repas dehors (possibilité de faire des barbecues). Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Charming cottage, at the foot of the forest

In the charming village of Le Vaudoué–with the forest of Trois Pignons and its famous bouldering areas on one side, and rolling horse paddocks and lavender fields on the other–this little house is a cozy hideout for solo travelers or couples, with extra room for one or two little ones (or very close friends). It was completely renovated in 2021, and then refreshed in 2025, preserving the old stonework walls and high ceilings while adding the modern conveniences.

Charming and elegant independent studio completely new, designed in the spirit of a Tiny House, located in the beautiful village of Boissy-aux-Cailles. You have a private terrace with a splendid view of the forest and the rocks overlooking the village. Ideally located close to the most popular climbing sites in the Fontainebleau forest (the three pinnacles, Buthiers, Larchant, Nemours, the state forest), the Buthiers leisure center and the Augerville golf course.

Located in a small typical village of Seine-et-Marne, at the foot of a church (which rings from 7am to 10pm). Accommodation located in our private courtyard with all amenities (equipped kitchen, stove, cozy bedroom upstairs, bathroom with large shower). In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Free private parking.

Architect house of 260m² , quiet, located in the middle of trees and rocks, on a natural land of 10,000m² on the slope of a hill. 5 min drive to the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the famous 25 bumps trail, 15 min to the Fontainebleau forest and 10 min to the Buthiers leisure base. 10 min from climbing sites and equestrian centers. Numerous walks or bike rides (not provided but renter on request) possible upon departure from the house.
