Very nice house, very well arranged. Quiet and peaceful environment, very relaxing. It is very well-equipped. It has everything you need and more. We recommend it. And François is very responsive.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

A nice little house tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the outside garden is nice. The house is in a great location, we were able to walk mostly. The neighborhood is quiet and very flowery. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog without fear for her safety in the garden. The owners are very responsive before and during the stay. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Guillaume and Isabelle! We'll be back!

We had a great time at Christiane's who is very responsive and accepted the presence of our Beauceron dog. The accommodation is very well equipped and many details have been thought out: for example the provision of books, comics and board games. Thank you for the special touches upon arrival. We will definitely stay again.

Very good location. Proximity to beach and coastal paths. Clean space. One downside: the stairs to go upstairs, inconvenient . Avoid with small children even if we didn't have one with us. Too many unnecessary guidelines.

We were lucky enough to have great weather. Alizée's welcome, very friendly and pleasant. Only problem, maybe complete the address in the listing mentioning the ODALYS residence and the property number. Otherwise we had a great stay on this island where the locals are all charming and quick to tell us the right places.

We had a great time at Arnaud's place. Arnaud, and Gaby who welcomed us, were very responsive, attentive and very welcoming. The house can't be better located, while remaining away from hustle and bustle. It's a haven of peace, with a large terrace and pool, ideal for enjoying with friends after a surfing session. The house is spacious enough to be at 8 without stepping on it. Recommended

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area. The presence of bikes is a plus. Sabrina and Julien are very pleasant hosts, very responsive. Recommended!

Perfect house, and the backyard is a little oasis: very calm and beautiful with palm trees a pool bigger than it looks in the pictures, many birds come visiting. The kitchen is nice with everything we needed, the refrigerator was super big thus perfect. The barbecue outside is also nice. The area is calm and during the night you may even hear the ocean. Montalivet offers everything you need, gets a little busy around midday with the market. The beach is big and very close, good surf schools are nearby. We‘ll come back!

Location close to everything: beach, shops, catering, supermarket. Bikes available which is very nice. Not insignificant private parking because everything is paid for nearby. Nice owners. We recommend this property for rent.

As a family we loved the house and its location to the beach - Thierry is a great host, nothing to fault whatsoever!!

We stayed the first two weeks of September, the place is really great! The kitchen is really super well-equipped, we took pleasure in using it to make good dishes with the products of the Montalivet market. The small garden is super well appointed, whether it's the large table or the garden furniture it's really nice. Especially since our stay in September where the wind was sometimes very cool at the end of the day on the beach, the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. I close to I beach is really the big PLUS of this place, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly. also located right next to the pedestrian street. Taking this place I was able to spend my two weeks without ever using my car and that's GREAT! In September we were not all bothered by the noises of the pedestrian street which can be noisy in season. Thank you for this stay in Montalivet

The house with pool is fantastically located within walking distance of the beautiful beach, the market and the small cozy shops. Aurore is a super nice host, nothing was missing and it was very clean. One of the best vacations so far. Merci!

An extremely well located house very close to the ocean, and activities of Hourtin in 2 minutes on foot but quiet. On the inside, everything is spotless and the house is very well-equipped. The garden is very nice with 2 terraces: you can choose shade or sun! Very fluid communication. We'll come back for sure!
