The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).
