Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. "The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on the shores of Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Don and Kerrie live upstairs.
