The cottage is in a very quiet environment where you will find serenity relaxation. People wishing to stay in the cottage must respect this atmosphere.

Welcome to the Villa des Palmiers🌴, close to all amenities, 5 km from Agen, this 130 m² villa in a residential area not overlooked, next to the sports complex, offers you comfort and tranquility. 4 bedrooms with TV, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor kitchen, plancha, petanque court. 8x4 saltwater pool heated to 26°C from June to the end of September. ❗️May and October optional, please consult us. ⚠️ November to end of April the pool will not be heated.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Beautiful restored stone cottage of 80m2 for 6 people in a large property located on the heights of Astaffort. The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a fully private pool under a beautiful oak tree and with views of the fields and forest. Enjoy the calm of the countryside 3 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1h30 from Bordeaux.

The main room consists of the living room, dining room, open kitchen and the mezzanine with 2 person bed. Be careful as in the song, the key is lost but you can close from the inside! OMG

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
