that was the best and the unique experience we have ever had. with the amazing nature, all the facilities property has, ... I can't explain how great it was.

Good location of the house, everything can be reached quickly by car. The house is very nicely furnished and contains everything you need. The garden is very nice and good for relaxing with the hot tub. The communication with Shirley was always positive. Shirley is very welcoming.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The accommodation is as beautiful as in the photos, super well-equipped (especially for toddlers) and the environment very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs in the fridge, and the Norwegian bath. Gaelle and her partner were very attentive to our well-being. And we also discovered a very beautiful region. Already want to go back!:)

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

Gurbuz is very welcoming. No question is too much. It is always available to make it an unforgettable evening. The location is as indicated. You don't pay for luxury but to just be able to do your own thing without worries. On the lawn it is possible to place extra tents if you are more than 12 guests.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Beautiful stay, quietly located, all amenities are available. Plenty of beds, plenty of pillows and sheets. Kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly and fast communication. In short, a beautiful stay with beautiful garden and surroundings. Plenty of outdoor seating in good weather!

Great location to rent this space together with family or in our case. It is in a quiet location, large garden and more than enough space in the house to meet with your team. More than enough rooms and beds to host a larger group. Furthermore, everything from a beamer to a whiteboard/flipover. In short, ideal, will definitely keep it in mind if you have a Dutch / Belgian team. Sitting in Northern Belgium and half an hour under Eindhoven.

what a lovely place this is!!! The cottage with the private garden is great for us and our dog, everything is clean, stove was on for us and the welcome was warm. Yvonne is always available and in for a nice chat. The bathroom is indeed separate but completely private and super clean. The studio is nicely furnished and sufficiently furnished for one night. I slept well in bed and at night there were also few cars on the street. The apartment is next to Rode Castle. I was also able to park the bike safely close to the apartment. The contact with Peter is friendly. 100% recommendation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Joost's place! Everything was present, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathroom. Joost always responded very quickly to messages which is very pleasant. He also lives next to the stay, so he can act quickly if you have a question or problem. Very friendly man!

This place has something magical! Such a beautiful setting! at least 40 different birds in half an hour, heard and many also seen. Peace, somehow this place gives hope, and peaceful. I can't say otherwise Go there, experience it! The accommodation is fine, but almost unimportant next to the beauty of this place!

It was a beautiful place to stay, thanks! I still can't get over how beautiful the art and the renovation pieces are. The location by the river is lovely too, and so easy to get into town on the bikes you kindly share. The kitchen is well-provided for. We would come back very happily. The bakery in the village just across the border into Belgium made for a very tasty breakfast one day- my son was quite excited to think we were walking across a border and back in such a short distance :)

Loved our stay. Our 3 year old daughter was delighted to enjoy the garden and share the animals. The place, surrounded by nature, was really refreshing. It's cozy, and we had everything we needed for these 4 days available. Thank you again so much for the very warm welcome!

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts. With nice weather, private terrace and privacy! Hosts are really nice and helpful. Just a stone's throw away, you are in the woods and the hilly landscape.

We spent my best friend's bachelorette party in Ingrid's lovingly furnished accommodation. Ingrid was very friendly and gave us a feeling of home right away. We were able to book a breakfast and a BBQ grill for the evening. Ingrid offered us a great collection of food. Everything was very nicely prepared and well prepared. There remained nothing to be desired. The homemade salads were really great! We all went to bed full and happy. The surroundings were quiet! At breakfast, Ingrid also put a lot of effort into it. There were delicious cold cuts, warm croissants, eggs, and orange juice. Ingrid baked us a delicious bread, which we were already allowed to try at the BBQ, because we found it so delicious. I would book Ingrid's place again anytime! Thank you very much dear Ingrid for your hospitality!

Fantastic ecological pool, elegant renovation of the farmhouse, 80-s trip guaranteed with the flipper and babyfoot, and very nice hosts!

This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

If you want to spend a few nice days in a green oasis, Martijn is the place for you. A pretty cottage surrounded by greenery, with so much to discover on the property (trampoline, pool, fire pit...). We had a very nice time there and thank the dear hosts!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

Very lovely accommodation, designed with a lot of care. It is a bit hidden away but was easy to find thanks to the provided instructions. The garden is simply breath taking and Pauline is a lively and helpful host. Tip: If you go in the summer and want to sit by the lake in the evening, bring some moskito repellant 😉
