We had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place. Very nice, well located and perfectly equipped apartment. Valerie and the concierge are great, responsive and pleasant. We slept 4 nights. The street is quiet while we are right in the city center and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The loan of bath towels is a big plus. There is everything to have a good time in this apartment: magazines, a games console, board games. We loved cooking, everything is there. I'll be back for sure!

This was a great apartment, in a very good location and with fantastic views and a huge wrap-around terrace with lots of outside furniture to relax/eat. Restaurants, supermarkets and central market are all within a few minutes' walk. Across the road from the beach. The living/dining area was very large, with a separate, well-equipped kitchen and the two bathrooms (one with a bath) were nice, with good showers and good-quality toiletries. Secure parking under the building and electric car charging right outside. The host and her colleague were very helpful and flexible about check-out arrangements (much appreciated since the weather was patchy on our last day). Thoroughly recommended.

Stay for 3 people in this functional and well-appointed apartment (sheets/towels, coffee/tea capsules and shower products provided). The accommodation is very well located for enjoying the calm with immediate proximity to the beach! Note that the bedroom window overlooks the entrance hall of the residence and the proximity to the hyper-center of Arcachon is a 30 min walk and 15 min by bus. The listing description is very compliant. Thank you to Thibaut for his responsiveness and kindness during our stay.

Excellent stay at Virginia's place, who warmly welcomed us with her husband. Both, good advice for good places. The conveniently located home, close to the walk, and the beach, is very nice. Decorated before taste and care, it is perfectly equipped. We highly recommend this address and will be happy to go back.

The charming Kalymnos home was perfect, warm and welcoming. I got the sense the house has been in the family for several generations where much fun was had. The king sized bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! We felt very at home cooking and eating in the dining room that opens to a beautiful garden with a pool under the deck. It was too chilly for us to swim, but we enjoyed looking at the pool. We used the available bikes to ride a trail next to the Arcachon Bay and visited the Antique Market which was full of cool antiques. In the evenings we enjoyed the short walk from the house to the bay to watch the sunsets. We wanted to experience a community near the Arcachon Bay where French locals live and play. Isabelle’s home gave us that experience. Merci!

Very nice house, especially if the weather allows you to stay outside. The outdoor area is much nicer than expected. The sofas are very comfortable and can accommodate quite a few people. Location is great, and both beaches are within walking distance. So is the market. We had a great stay. I just thought that beds were a wee small, and soft. I also got a little annoyed when I found out that sheets and towels were not included.

We spent 3 nights in Elisa's place with my spouse and our two daughters (4 and 7 years old). the accommodation is perfectly as described. it is fully equipped which clearly makes the difference and which is very nice (from cooking to children's games it's great). very functional, walking access to the beach, Elisa is very friendly and very responsive. I would this property .

Very good stay! Ideal apartment to visit Arcachon! Harbor within 10 minutes walk and city center within walking distance! Great location to visit the Bassin d 'Arcachon! The apartment is as described , comfortable bedding! We were very well hosted , flexible check-in and check-out is a real plus! A host very attentive to her tenants and who takes care to communicate about the work in progress! We will be back!

I recommend this place to visit Arcachon: its proximity to the city center (tourist activities, restaurants), its perfect location in front of the pool (with direct walking access to the beach), the provision of bicycles (very convenient and friendly to get around the city). Jean-Pascal was a very friendly, welcoming host, and he also offers a booklet with ideas for things to do. We had a great time in Avignon.

How lucky we were to meet Richard and stay in his apartment very close to perfection . The general comfort, the quality of the materials , the amenities available , the delicate touches... everything is thought out in every detail and what to say impeccable cleanliness. The accommodation in a historic building is ideally located (feet in the water , restaurants , small shops , Dune du Pilat , private parking...).Richard deeply loves his area and it seems to me that this one no longer has any secrets for him . A big thank you to Richard's wife for the house linen among other things.

Imagine: you leave your vehicle in the building's underground parking lot (your space is reserved), you park your bikes in the specific secure premises, you take out your luggage and bring it to the apartment via the elevator, you discover the accommodation decorated with a lot of taste and care by Stéphane and Cathy, you immediately enjoy the superb and spacious terrace (sea view) or the Cocoon interior, fully equipped and comfortable or the beach (you open the back door and you are there….. — Bakery 150 m away, the 2k top Cambodian restaurant 100 m away, the Café de la Plage, Diego or Saint Ferdinand 500 m away… The bike path in front of the building, we didn't use the car for 7 days: bike to Pila, Biscarrosse, Cazaux Gujan Mestras, Teiche, Cap Ferret: magical! Don't hesitate…, moreover, Hélène at Check-in/out will also be permanently in the back office, efficient for all requests.
