This well-designed 50 m² apartment is located just outside the wine town of Leibnitz, in southern Styria. More precisely, in a quiet little village. The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers or couples to spend a lovely time in southern Styria.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Im Herzen von Graz kann man sich in unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment richtig wohlfühlen. Der Hauptplatz, sowie alles was man braucht, ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Apartment besteht aus einem Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche und Fenster, Wohnraum mit Essbereich, Küche und Couch und einem großen, besinnlichem Schlafzimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die berühmten roten Dächer der Stadt.

Oldie goldie, free parking

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
