Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to your stylish 120 m² apartment, right in the heart of Graz's Old Town, with a view of the Schlossberg. A farmers' market, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all right on your doorstep. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building and a warm design. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Our apartment is in the middle of the beautiful city "Leibnitz". You are able to reach the city center with many shopping options within 5 minutes, without a car. For wine lovers, the "southern styrian wine street" is only a travel of 20 minutes away. There are also great cycling and hiking paths around. Enjoy and relax in our accommodation.
